Planning Director reported new GO-day moratorium on hi.11boards. Recommenda-
tion on billboards and preliminary on signs is needed by the end of this
period. Planning and Zonin6 Board will work with the City Manager and those
in the industry on this.
Mr. Bergmann reported that the Planning and Zoning Board has been asked to
pursue rezoning of Sand Key from S, Business, to PUD-CR. This will require
a Board PubJ.icHearing. Staff and Board will review it and a recommendation
will be submitted to the City Commission as per normal procedure.
