ANNEXATION AND ZONING - ACTION FROH PUBLIC ItEARING '~~\ P 11 I t em' - ~tc M u 11 en Est ::1 t c After review of the application, and an evaluation of the evidence presented at the Board's public hearing, upon motion by Mr. Mylandcr, '. seconded by Mr. Spier, the Boa:_d voted to recommend approval of annexa- tion request for ~tJl, Mobile llome Park, zoni~g for parcel as legally de- scribed in Notice of Public Hearing for July 1/69. It was also recom- mended that above parcel be designated as Fire District No.2. Such recommendation was based on the following considerations: The property abuts a mobile home park on the north and cast.
