the above Agenda Item C. 1. Mr. Bergmann pl"'eDcnted for approval a
propo~al to schedule only two Board meetings a month Con the Tuesday
after the City Conmission's Monday meeting>, as he estimated thdt 110%
of his time alone was involved in the present schedule of Board, Com-
mission, and other meetings. After this discussion, ~le Board ag~eed
to, try the proposed sch~dule, althoURh it was recoRnized thRt it might
involve longer meetings on those day~.

, Hr. Bergmann reported on amendments that Y1o\lld be, recommended as a re-
sult of corrui\(~nt at the City Comrnission meeting in regard to non-commer-
cial parking provisions, minimum floor area requirements for dwelling
units, etc. It was learned that no comment had as yet been received from
the architectural group, but Has expected ,by the July 7 public hearing.
