Mr. Kruse re~ortedthat the appointed -committee had been giving
some study to its assignment. JIe discussed with the Board some prelimi-

nary considerations of the Committee. which \'ler.e not presented as firm
conclusions. He mentioned as one i tern the Commi 1:tee lacked i.nfol':"'mation
on was the relation of riparian rights properties to the upland proper-
ties. He proposed that a solution might be for th~,filJ, arca to be de-
veloped as a syndicate project. ,He reported that Mr. IIarries had par-
tially completed a preliminary drawing showing how it might be developed
to a maximum dens! ty, vlhic11 in, the committee f s discussion ;'laG not con-
sidered good. Mr. Kruse envisioned a grouping of buildings with open
space betweon. Mr. Harries explained, this sch~matic overlay sketch
illustrative of placement of 21 buildings 50 fGet opart, with a service
road arrangement. The BOHrd discussed the study sketch and ,made variouG,
suggestions. Mr. Wolle estimated that) ass~nlinE there nre 20 acres and
