Board at 4:00 P. M. Mr. Wolle suggested 'that Gome preliminary discus-
sion be held prior to this schcidulcd meetinn time.
The Planner explained the proposed plan and some suggested revi-
sions in the interior circulation pattern. He reviewed 'with the Board
~ity street alignments in the area ~nd the present alignments of East
and West Streets and Greenlea in the County area to the northeast and
east of the Highland.Gulf Estates tract and pointed out the future. possi-
bility for a connection .between East and West Streets at their south
ends. Board discussion revealed agreement with the Planner that there
should be a second access to the apartment site off a public road (other

Zoning Committee recommended approval of the requested R-3 (LD) zoning as

half right~of-way along the north boundary of the parcel tor the exten-
sion of Greenlea over to Highland Avenue. The Chairman, with the Board's

cussion with the applicants.
