mended 'PUD-C zoning for the front of the property pr.oposed for first
phase development accordine to plan presen~cd.at the hearing by appli-

Upon inquiry, ~r. Wollci expressed the opinion that the applicant's ulan

that streets have to be annexed, it means that thc city must maintain th~
streets up to a certain point, but it doesn't mean that they will have
to go in and put in drainage. and curbing. The Mayor a.dded that he thought
the City Commission dependn very much on the Board's recoQmcndations and
