Discussion of the motion revealed that some member>o felt there
would be u lack of adequate controls under R-4 zoning, particulorly in
view of information received from one me~her that it was planned to de-
velop a section to the r.ear of the parcel for a high quality' residential
area. Mr. Butler withdrew Ills above motion for approval and Mr. Reade
accepted the withdrawal.
It was determined that the parcel of request wa~ larger than the
minimum of 20,000 sq. ft. required under PUD-R regulations. Mr. Morris
moved that the present reouest for R-4 zonin~ be denied and that the
