The city wants the applicant to dedicate (or quitclaim) 30 ft.
on the west boundary of 'the property for half right-of-way for
County Road 61 (Aayvicw Blvd.). Virginia Ave. has 30 ft. right-of-
way platted (at north boundary of Bnyview Subdivision),; that it
was recocnized that a request for an addi~ional 30 ft. of right-
Of-tolay from the park ovmet.. \olould take a considerable portion of
the mobile home lots existing, which have a limited depth.

The Planner 'said in summa~y that if any statement was made on Vireinia
or Meadowlark Lane right-of-way, the Board would have to state that
through irlformation received from the Engineel'ing Department, and in
consideration of ,the limitation on depth of lots for site of each

The Rev. William A. McCarty, pastor of: the Sunset Pt. Baptist
Churcht who presented the applica.tion, had stated that all of
the property is to be used for church purposes.
No one appeared in opposition to the request.
The zoning requested is the 'highe.st restricted classification
permitting the intended church usage. Such use is compatible
to. the mixed residential uses of sihgle family and multi family
in the surrounding areas.
An additional 30 ft. has been dedicated for west half right-of-
"ray, of Kings High\'1ay.
It is to be recommended that the nortl1 50 feet (1/2 right-of-\vay)
