Existing property is a mobile home park; therefore zoning request is for an established use. ~....... , 1 -..... The easterly portion (a~proximately one-fifth) is undeveloped. MH zoning permits continued park usage under a more restrictive City zoning than the existing County C-2, Commepcial, and extension under adequate controls. ' (b) Theodore R. & Grace E. Mr. Holle re- ported that this request had been referred back to the Board for public hearing upon advic~.of the City Attorney; also that he had received direction from the City Manager that he and Mr. Kruse meet with Mr. Skinner of the No~th Bay Co. to discuss ,zoning for the remaining un- zoned property in Island Estates. Review of master development plan for Island Estates indicated business usage for this portion of the property. Existing zoning and land use has recognized the future busin~ss usage of this tract. It was recognized that Larboard Way right-of-way deed is at- tached to application and would complete full access to the business zone as requested. .' Lots 195 through 206 to the north and R-4 zoned were owned and occupied by the Trinity Baptist Church, w~o according to applica- tion have a contract to purchase lots of request conditioned upon rezoning to permit use as adjacent church parking. In Mr. Wolle's preliminary contact with Mr. Blackburn, it was in- dicated to him that a south portion of these additional lots might be for a professional building; hOVTever, the application -only indicates the church usage. Mr. Wolle requested that with this background information mem- bers look at the properties. He advised that these above three re- quests have come out of his consultation with the respective owners. these Cases Z-7, Z-8 and Z-9 were then referred to the Zoning Co~ittee for investigation ,and report at the next meeting. ~ Rezoning Public Hearing July 22/68 - The Planner passed out a summary list of Cases 2-3 through Z-9 scheduled to be heard on above date.
