'Mr. Wolle identified the subject property as the fnr~cr Ford
acreage (s?proximateiy ID5' x 1100') north of Pincbrook, and related
the history of the annexation of this parcel in 1961~ <.Nith R_l~ zoning

illustrative of 3 base-type apartment units that had met with success
in Georgia. Mr. Carmichael explained that e~ch plfln for 2-stor~ garden
type apartments would have a total of 80 units, ltlh ich ~'lotlld have a

Upon inquiry, Nr. Carmichael said they preferred Scheme 3 of
those presented.
Mri. Wolle called attention tp and discuBsed the drainage ditch o~
the north side of the property as a consideration for its planned use.
There was some discussion with the applicants as to the advisability
of,providing a turnaround at the west end of the property. Mr. Kruse
sUBgested that the possibility of getting a through roadway into Kings
Highway might be investigated.
Mr.'Wolle advised that deed restrictions would have to be changed
in the light of any ne\<1 proposal and that after study by the Subdi-
vision' Commit~ee and subsequent review by the Board that the applicant
would be informed of the Boardts views 1n regard to the plans pre-

Further preiiminary discussion was held concerning the threo re-
quests scheduled for this public hearing .(AdelT:l.1n, \.Jightman, and
. \olilliams-Francis) and of' the intended usaee vIi thin these tracts. It
was learned .from Mr. Kruse that Mr. Crane of the St. Road Dept. had
bee'n in Clear~later about 2 weeks ago to survey the 'traffic si t'uation a,t
.the US 19-5t. Rd. 60 intersection and that perhaps some advice might
be' received from the St. Road Department before decision was to be
made on the Adelman tract south of this corner. It was arranced that
