opinion of his tour group was that they were not in sympathy with
the lots in the residential cuI-de-sac area beinB annexed with any-
thing but R-I zoning; also ~lat they had discussed thci'possibility

zoning and having non-conforming parking use.. The Planner stated
no objection to ~usiness zoning fo~ these lots on N. Haines Road (pr~-
sently zoned R-4 in County); Discussion indicated a ,general con-
sensus t:hat the cul-de-sac portion of Parcel i/3 should be retai.ned in
'sin~le family residential zoning. Some reservations tolerc expressed
as to the requested R-4 zoning for Parcol #1. The Planner rai~ed the
question as to Hhy appli cants did no't expand the 200 ft. frontaRc on
N. Haines Road (Parcel 112) to 400 ft. and extend such frontClge in depth
half the distance to the ecst. It,wcS reported th3t Mernbe~' Iley wished
