The meeting was call~d to order at 3:30 P. M. by the Chairman,
Hr. Kruse. Presen t Nere 11embers Swan, Butler l Morris and Galloway,
and Mr. Wolle. Mr. Rettie of the Eneineerinr, Department was absent
due to illness.
The minutes of the meeting of July 13, 1967, were approved as
submitted in written summation to each member.

Accordingly, Mr. Butler moved that the Boarrl adont as the
Zoning Com~ittee's recommenontion:
in Case Z-19a - to approve the south 25 ft. of the south 50 ft.
to be rezoned to "B", Business, and to disapprove
the rezoning of the No. 25 ft. of the south 50 ft.
in Case Z-19
to disapprove the rezoning of the Horth 50 ft.

The Planner oriented tlJe property in relation to the 1:1edicFl1 build-
ing (chiropractor as an R-4 exception) at the northeast corner of Hill-
crest and Court Street and to lots on Court Street in this section re-
zoned to PRS and presently occupied by architect and realtor offices.
Mr. Wolle expressed approval of the requested change to PRS as in ac-
cordance to a general zoninB plan and previous studies by the Planning
and ZoninE Board of the Court Street frontaBe. It was reCOcni7.8d that
