General location was described as on the Northeast corner of US Hwy~
19 and County Road, No. 50. The Planner.presented this as a Planning
and Zoning Board application to be filed for the reason that site plan
that had now been submitted to the Building Department showed proposed
buildings on the east which would extend west 20 ft. over into the
se zone and future buildings on the north portion that would be in
the se zoned area. Mr. Wolle pointed out that the additional 50 ft.
of "aU zoning would permit these proposed buildings to be built to
the south property line and provide consistent setback line within
the site area as planned. Reference was made to zoning history sur-

rounding this ~ract and the circumstances of Commission approval of
the split zoning of SC and "B" upon annexation (Nov. '66). After the
si;te
submitted/plan was' reviewed and discussed, the Board vo~ed as recom-
mended by the Planner to aDDt'ove an additional 50 feet of 11 B" zoning
to the west of the present "B" 'Zoned area.
