The Planner pl~esented applica ticn with information thi.1 t thi s
tract adjoins to the south propcrtj! that Has rezoned to "B" at the
last zoning hearing (Oct. (66) and that it would be a portion of the
Shopping center as planned. Mr. Wolle cited the zoning history of the
Shopping center site and related previous recommendations of the
Board concerninc the uses 'on Greenwood. It was recognized that the re-
cent commitment of the pr'operty south of this tract to HB" zoning
changed the picture somewhc.1t, in that it left this tY'act an island of .
R-4 zoning; and that this as a spot zone would be undRsi~able ~or pro-
per development.

and was qualified by Board opinion that the pot.ential c21pacity of

because of further commercial stpipping.
