The meeting was called to order at 3:00 P. M. by the Chairman,
Mr. Kruse. Present were Members Iley, Butler, Williams and Galloway,
Mr. Rettig of the Engineering Department, and Mr. Wolle,
Th~ minutes of the meeting of May 17, 1966, were approved as
submitted in written summation to each member~

Copies of a Proposed Se~vice Station Ordinance draft containing re-
visions as of May 23/66 were dist~ibuted to the Board. These were re-
viewed and some preliminary discussion held" Some questions were an-

swered by Mr. Walle, particularly with reference to reasons for loca-
tion requirements of 750 ft~ from another station (or other stated fa-
cilities) and with reference to possible effectiveness of the penalty
specified for any ordinance violation--under Sec~ 60 finally, motio~
was passed to table the matter of final approval of the ordinance~ as
f!'r'q~osed, until the nex"t meeting because of only a quorum of me1!!bers
,being present.
