AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FUNDED UNDER
THE CLEARWATER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter
referred to as "CITY", and QUEST INN, INCORPORATED, a non-profit corporation
hereinafter referred to as "QUEST INN".
WHEREAS. the CITY and the QUEST INN entered into an Agreement on October
1, 1989, wherein the QUEST INN, agreed to provide a program of homeless emergency
shelters primarily of benefit to low and moderate income persons; and
WHEREAS, the CITY and the QUEST INN desire to amend the terms of payment
of the contract;

NOW THEREFORE. in consideration of the conditions and mutual covenants
contained herein, the parties do hereby agree as follows:
1. APPENDIX B, of the Agreement is amended to read:
Proiect Award
Funding for renovation of up to $35,000 will be provided for third
floor improvements, related fire code improvements, and replacement
of solar water heater tanks, and for other facility improvements if
there are available funds. Other funding is anticipated through the
Pinellas County community Development Department.
Total $35,000.
