Minutes of the Meeting, Tuesday, March a, 1966~
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 Ail M~ by the Chairman,
Hr.. Kruse, following atten.dance of members at a Chamber of Commerce
."Kaffee Klatch" held in Ci ty Ha 11.. Pres ant were. Members Harries,
Mylander, Reade, Williams and Galloway, MrQ Rettig of the Engineering
Department, and HI'" WolleD Warm recognition was given to Mr. Kruse
for the signal honor paid him at the morning "Klatch" in being
named "MrD Clearwater", thus becoming the recipient of the Chamber's
outstanding citizen award for.this yearo

crest 6 Court. and to the Coleman property (real estate office use)
in PRS zone on Court in the block to the west. and to lot at the
southwest corner of Court & San Remo rezoned to PRS at, the January

REVIEW OF US HIGHWAY 19 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS -

The Planner presented for further discussion proposal to review
and reactivate through City Commission channels the Board's previous-
ly submitted recommendations made relative to development standards
for US Highway 19. Mr. Kruse cited instances in which the Board most
~ecently had recommended Parkway Business zoning on new annexations

He reemphasized the ultimate need for greater setbacks and provi-
sion for interconnecting service roads for parking; thus having few-
