file plat the street might be indicated under another namp. and sub-
sequent right-of-t.o1ay dedicati.ons not be recorded. Hr. Reade further
reported that Mr. Harries had prepared a suggested alternate plan that
I~, would permit streets to be extended through (such plan would reduce

the number of lots from 53 to 'la), He suggested that this alternate
plan might be informally discussed with the applicant, if it was thought
desirable, although he felt that the only matter before the Board at
the pre~ent time was to take action on the plan as submitted. The

authorization 'of the City Manager. Chairman Kruse pointed out that
the proposed ordinance would probably be referred for study and to the
Legal Department before considerati.on for finnl passage 'of an ordinance.
He again emphasized the value of the Board of Real tOIlS support in any
discussion of proposals before the City Commission.
