Mr. Wolle fu~her reported that a sign advertising the steak house in the subdivision's community cente~ had been erected on lot at the northeast COI"ner of 1:his same intersecti.on but 11ad recently been declared in violation and removed. He pointed out ~hat this lot 201, if ~ezoned to ~usiness, would be available for such a sign.
