change ~o M-l zoningD Mr. Bleakley and Mro Pittman spoke in support
of his requestD Mr. Bleakley gave a brief history of prior zoning
change from C-2 to C-3 for 'this property and related the problem ex-
isting as a result of some industvial work perfo~ed by the machine
s~oP. which has been classified as manufac~uring,in accordance ~o the
Coun~y, and considered in violation if such operation be carried on
in an expansion of the o~iginal buildingD Some de~ailg wnre given of
the machine company's operations and of the planned conve~sion by the

In summary, MrQ Bleakley expressed the opinion that the County

was strongly influenced by the Board's reco~nendation for denial, and
he requested that the Board take action to reB,cind its letter of "
