The Planner revi.ewed the provisions of this proposed amendment and
answered various questions concerning their application and objecti.ves.
,~ .
, c He specifically noted that in that there would be no existing HB zoned
properties, the scope of' the npplic~\.tion of the setback requirements
for the zone would be limited. He analyzed Game map areas of possible
future development or application. Explanation was given thai the HB
classification will apply to zone bilCk on uau or up on Mfg. In dis-
cussion of Item E(1L-~~~.wa...~~~, Hr. Wolle's recommendation was
fo~ 15ft. setback on front and rea~ and 10 ft. on the side when it
".......,
abuts an alley, 15 ft. when it abuts a residential area. It was fur-
ther noted that these setbaCKS considered the very narrow alleys now in
the, central business di.stl."ict and the need to provide adequate access
for service to developing 'tra.c1:s" Such rtlquir'..nments would also im-
prove safety conditions (M~, Wolle pointed out on the zoning map the
, Harries
"B" and tiM" zoning areas involve,d within the CBD). !j.!::..I.- -:--__II}Q..v~.9.

been deeded to the Ci ty ~d t1"1 a pr'ovision that they be used for a fire
station within 4 years; if not used in II years, then would have to
change the zoning back to ~esidential.. It was learned that the City
Commission received deed'to these lots on Monday, March 2/6~~ Mr.
Rettig explained there "Jas a reverter clause in the deed. The Planner"
related that action to recommend rezoning of these lots was in order,
