The Qlairman read Ior Board comment his draft of n memorandum to
be fovwarded concerning the Boal"d t s t'ecommendation on the Metz re-
zoning applica.tion. The BO&'l"'d approved a L'~vision of the draft with
the elimination of Points numbered 2 and 3 of the tex-t.

City Commission had informally asked the Board to offer some definite
advice as to these problems. Reference was made to copies of the
following preliminary d~afrG which Here distributed at this meeting:

zoning ordinance amendment covel"ling 'I'o~m House developments and
stI"uctures~ Reference was 3.190 made to tentative requirements (listed
#1 through (19) previously submi -tted to the City l'1anager concerning re-
quest for' Tm>t'n House use' of the Carr> prope;l"'ty. In c0l111ection' wi th
listed r~ql1irement #1 for a 10,000 sq. ft~ minimum paz'cel, the
Planner recommended a 90 ft. optimum minimum parcel frontage to pro-
