agenda had boen received 'after the October 25th, deadline announced
by the City Commission. Thesa vrere presented by the Planner to
the Commission at the above ,joint; session 'for dtrection as to their
, inclusion in the referendulll tOile for public hearing. The Commis-
sioners at that time indicated they did not \ttish 'to discuss the
cases' prior' to their ,consideration by r~he Zoning and Plann:i.ng Board
