right-of-\'laY an d improvement from Myrtle Ave. to uscBola and was not an-

suggested its facilities be located at the northwest corner o~ Hercules
Ave. and Gilbert Street near the Clearwater Airpark. La~ Bowling Club
off.icials suggested separ~te facilities be located in the new park area
