Avenue 0 'fhe Board voted t.o approve the site plan and recommended
that all approach aprons be limited to 30 feet ~nd that the northern-
most one on Hiehland be a vertical approach and be at least 75 ft~
from the center l:Lne of the Sunset Point Road intersection. It fur-
