some time to ask for annexation and that he had prepared his plan

on sanitary sewer.. LoW. Holle clarified JAru Lyndt s request as being
at this time only to expand his present trailer park use to in-
clude six spaces in his business frontage and sewer facilities for

if he ''1anted se\(er service for trailers in the rear of his proper-

Constantine was present by invitation to discU8S details of intent
in regard t'o annexation and devalopOlent of proposed 'coJllmercial park
.plan'rev~e~~d by the Board on July 11 and, July 18. Chairmrol Kruse
explained that after consi.derntion oi' the plan at the last mea ting ,
t~he Board "dshed t.o have i>ir.. Constantine and, the City l'~anager meet
,.Ii th it before plaking any decision as to ,recommendations. He ad-
vised that the Board had discussed the p'ossibility that the entire
area, might be annexed' at the,present time rather than just the one
pOl'tion.. He pointed out that the proposal "las for more or less
of'a controlled area (insofar as design is concerned) and suggested
it \llould be helpful i.f Mr. Constantine l\'Ould inform the Board as
