Minutes of the Mac ting, Monday, May 29, 1961.
The Zoning and Planting Board meta at 1 :00 P. 14. with Ar. Reade,
Vice-Chairman, presiding. Present were Aembers. Harries, Kennedy,
Swan and Gates, Ar. Rettig of the Engineering Department, and Ar.
Volle. Mr. Myl.ander had appeared au 2:30 P. 14. and reviewed the
minutes, as well as the 3zasert referred to below, and submitted note
of approval.
The minutes of the 14ay 23, 1961, meeting were approved as .read.

The Board proceeded to review the proposed amendments to the
Subdivision Regulations as submitted by Harland Bartholomew and Asso-
ciates in the Housing and Public Utilities Report:, and as revised
by the City Planner, the City Lnginee r, and the Subdivision Com-
mittee. Minor changes were entered aixl approved as changed in the
City Planner's copy of the report. An insert was distributed con-
cerning prelim i.nary plat processing. The gene-ral 'f'ormat and content
were accepted.. 14ajor changes mere in rega d to person or agencies
referred to in processing responsibilities but; conformed to existing
city operations.
The Planner submitted a proposal to strengthen the reference to
public use area dedications, reservat ions, and ac:quit,,itiona. This was
deferred to a later me-et;:in?; for. further discussion and stpudy.
