list; of planning items on the agenda suggested for discussion with
the City Coanission on April 18. The Chairman first asked for ether
suggestions of individual Aembers,

Chairman Kruse suggested (1) Closer coordination between consultants,
departments and board. (2) Planning of Southeast area as well as
Northeast Quarter. (3) Site planning for public buildings.
Member Gates suggested: (1) Planning for east section. (2) Closer
coordination.
Member blvlarder advised he had been questioned by a Beach resident
regarding any plans to provide for expansion oi' sewer facilities 'to
take care of the Aandalay Shoves Aparbment-, project. He suggested that
this might be discussed and also the plans for t,.raf.f':ic flow for the.

mission's idea to move both out to Stevenson Creek Park, but he
understood that representatives of the Clubs wish separate sites.

the principal reco:menda tion of HSaruorm star Jack Reagan was to keep
30 or 40 slips for transient boats. Re quoted ijlr. Reagan's opinion

opinion that both of these facilities should, be placed according to

.Letter Harland Bartholomew and }Associates - Letter dated April
7. from Fred iii. Robinson was read. In this he indicated that the pre-
liminary Housing and Public Utilities Aeport (including an appendix
covering comments and recommendation on subdivision regulations)
should be ready for delivery before the end of April, and that he-
anticipates that, all. of the remaining work will have bec,n completed
and submitted by the end of June.
