Board was held at tho Carlouel Yacht Club on Deccmbor 22, 1960. Mem-
bers present were Messrs. Kruse, Reade, CassaUy, Galloway, Gntos,
Harries, Kermedy, Novotny, and Swan. Guosts prescnt ",rare City Managerll,

Prior to the luncheon meeting there ,'{as a d~.scus8ion of the
importance of the defeat of the Zoning Referendwn Ordinance. It was
agreed that planning and zoning legislation at the State level \rould
be 011"a of the l'irst objectives of the Zoning and Planning Board busi-
ness for the new yearo
Mro Kruse expre~sed appreciation for the cooperation and ex-
ceptional attendance of Board members at meetings ~~ring the year
of 1960.
After the luncheon Mrs. Julie Hall) of .fica secretary to the
Board, was presented with a gift in appro~iation of her willing and
efficient services. I~~ Kruse also extended his appreciation for
the \-fOrk of 1'~. Galloway and his contnit tee in arrcmging for the'
annual Christmas luncheon~
