The preliminary plan of Oulf-to-Bay EstatesJ wit~ proposed
zonj.l'lg, Nas explained to !'1r:. Stewart and he was asked his' opinion
about an increa.8~ in the dept.h of,busln9ss zoning on Gul.f-to-Bay
. Boulevard. lJlr. Stewart stated ho thought that anything you build
on Gulf-to-Bay, in the future ,.rill have to have off-street parking,
that before long there will be no parking on Gulf-to-Bay, and that
he could see nothing wrong with making the business 'strip along
Gulf-to-Bay deeper~
