The meeting was called to order at 3:15 PoM. by the Chairman.
Members prosent "rere l~a.asrs. Cassady, Galloway, Harries, I;tylandar and
Reade, ,t.1r. Rettig of the' Enginoering Department and MrlJ \Jolle. The
minutes of the October 22 meeting were approvado
10 Zoning referendum case Z-7-1059 request to ohange zoning
rrom R-4 to B at the location of SE corner ~f Mis80uri and llrewo
Applicant: A. Ao Hungerf.ord" The Board discussed this case at
length, and it \>Ias then moved turl carried that the Zoning and Planning
Board recommend disapproval in that the proposed use as plnnned \'-lould:
(1) Not allow fUture widening of Missouri Ave., and (2) Would not
promote public safety but would add undue congestion at two existing
critical pointso
