Further discussed was the operation of realtors in residentihl areas as a home occu- pation, Expression was given that this should be excluded in . s i R-1 and Rw2 areas, but should be considered in R-4 areaa The Board agreed that an applicant of a temporary real. estate commercial sign to be erected in a com -, rcial zone should comply to the 6 months, 60 square feet requirements as adopted by the previous Commission. (4) B. In a discussion of the 7,0ni,ng ordinance study (Robinson outline) it was agreed that it would be desirable that the City and the County have similar zone classifications and requirements.
