Dowell Mr. Dowell presented a proposed plat of Lakeview ;states for which he is requesting annexation into the City. ?Ir6 Dowell wishes to have an area (as outlined on Plat) zoned for duplexes and the re- mainder zoned for single family residenrsesn A motion was passed that the Board accept the proposed plat fox- study and consideration of approval at next week's meeting., AAr,, iWolle was asked by the .doard to check and see if the bond, posted by i4r, Dotmll - covers the entire sub- division or Just the part now being developed. Fred Baie had not been consulted accord- ing to the minutes of January 2nd becauso after more thought and after a discussion with Mr. Levi.son, it was decided that the matter should be 3 discussed further. lie stated that the organizations listed in the minutes of Jan,aary ;end had been written for economic base studies if available. Some such information has boen received and other reports are expected. A motion was passed that the Chairman and I.Ir. Wolle continue their investigation to determine the time, nature of studies and cost of an,, economic base study. 25 Little Pass - statement to Corps of Z Zineors Mr. ,Folly presented -copies to each member of excerpts from i•Lr. Mr. Levi.son showed prospective drawings of proposed harbor docking facilities. #6 Housing Survey request for information Mr. Wolle stated that the City Manager has requested of him information regarding financial assistance availablo through Federal or State funds. (d) Chief Booth will meet with ilr•a Uolle January 27th to prepare a report on the pros and cons of a parking authority.
