l\1fr.. Krentzman read a memo he had written, to the i-layor and Gi1.iY
Commissioners giving his opinion as to \~hethcr appeals from the J3uilding
Inspector as to hardships under the Zoning, 1..1.~'1 can be finally considered
by the Zoning Board as presently constituted~
After discussion, Commission members present, agreed to dra\dng up
an amendment. creating a Board of Adjustment and Appeal. 'rhus the Planning
Board would become the Planning and Zoning Goard and the Zoning Board
would become strictly an Appeal Doard.. However the final decision on
appeal cases would remain with the City Commission~
Next, Mr. \'Jo11e presented ,to the lJommission the prelimina.ry "Plan
for PlanningU \dth a lettier of explanation. There was 110 formal action
t~ten but general approval was indicated~
