requirements to be recommended by the Planning iJoardo !ilrw aead.e stated
that ~~Q Leonard Merrell came be~ore the uoard recently \uth a problem
concerning off-st,reet parking and as soon as !Ilr. \iolla arrived, he started
working on off-street parking and loading re~lirements.
Mr~ Hamlin stated that the ZoniI~ Joard had discussed proposing
requirements such ao the se 'two years ago ~
