Present were members Levison, Stular, Reade, Norton and Paul Rettig
of the Engineer's Office.
Mr. Levison presided and the minutes of the . August 22, meeting
were approved.
Messrs. Gates and Baskin again presented a drawing of their property
bounded by Missouri, Belleview, Friend and Young Streets. The Board
referred them to the City Engineer with their probleip.
Mr. Eason Sever and Nick Rompon presented a plat of Fair Oaks Sub-
division for approval of the Board. They v,-ere asked to return next week
to report to the Board who would maintain the cemetery; Mr. Reade and
Mr. Stuler were appointed a committee to investigate the matter and give
their recommendations to the Hoard next week.
Itwas announced that next week will-be the meeting of the munici--
'. palities at 2:00 P.M. in the Planning Board office. The Planning Hoard
will hold its regular meeting immediately following this meeting.
There vas no further business to come before the Board and the
meeting -_-ned at 3:30 P.M.
