Reade and a quorum could not be conven?td. However, the application of Hillebora & Updyke was discussed and it was decided that a report should be made to the City Manager on this matter in view of its urgency and the promise of the Planning Board at its last meeting to report this week. Members Stuler, Reade and Kruse made inspections of the proposed trailer park site and several blocks of the surrounding area. The area at i present is occupied by low-cost homes, some trailers, and a slaughter house on Betty Lane north of Pinellas Avenue.
