The meeting opened at 3:00 P.M. and the minutes of tho April 18th
meeting were approved as corrected.
Mr. M. L. Sever vas present to present a plat of the Fair Oaks
Subdivision for which he will request annexation to the City. This had
been referred to the Board by the City Sngi.neer ? The Board toast no
formal action but expressed the unofficial. opinion that it was satis-
factory.
Next it was moved, seconded and passed that any matter to be
included on agendas of meeting
