V) Minutes of meeting 'rhursday A_ ugust 2. ?195 u in Planning Board Office
Prosent were members Kruse, Norton and Reade, and Nick Rompon of the
City Engineer's Office.
The, Chairman called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M.
The minutes of the two previous meetings were approved.
The Chairman reported that Mr. Krentzman, City Attorney, had said
that the Mayor feels that no ordinance is necessary to support I'M R 1St
and that the City Commission's resolution of approval was sufficient to
implement it. After discussion, it was concluded that the City Clerk
should be requested to validate ISM R 1" in accordance with the resolution
of the City Commission. Before presenting it to the City Clerk for
Q validation, it is to be modified to exclude the areas outside the cor-
porate limits of Clearwater. After it is validated it is to be distribut-
ed to local registered surveyors and others who have a need for it.

to . There was a discussion of rights-of-way for roadways leading to the
bridge that is to be built, over Little Pass between Clearwater Beach and
pi urged-the Bodrd•_.to prepare plans for this approach. The matter was not

< concluded and it was left for further consideration.
It was moved, seconded and passed that the Chairman should ask the
Mayor for information as to who the next appointee of the Board va ll be
in place-of Mr. Muscarella, whose term has expired. It was a;reed that
the appointee should be an attorney.
The meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
