The work of the Planning BoaI'd amI the relo.tionship of the Board to the City Oonunission was next discussed. Portions of the Planning Board's annual report were explained by Hr. Homer to the Conmlission and discussed in detail. Each of the projects on the Planning llonrll's curl'ont program ,{as explaine'd to the COllUllission and discussed at S OIaG length by 0.11 those present. 'rhe ConUldssion requested that the Board drop any 'o1Ork thu.t is planned on the stevenson's Croek project but continue \Wl'!( on all the othor items 011 its program. The City Commissioners all felt tha.t the most important matter is completion of tho high\{uy and traffic plan. Hr. Insco urged that this be done as soon as possible and asked when its completion oould be expected. ~~. Commissioner strang requested thut hereafter :Planning Board minutes be made available to the City CODUnissioll and in turn the Planning Board requested that excerpts of City Commission meetings dealing \'lith matters in which the Planning Board is interested be luade avuilable to the Plan- ning Board. The discussion was concluded by }w. Homer moving that one copy of the approved minutes of Planning Board meetings be sent to the City Manager ror duplication and distrihution to City Commissioners and that the City Manager be nequested by letter to send the Planning Board excerpts 01' the City Conunission proceedings on matteI'S rela.ted to Planning Board activities.
