ING LOTS, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF INDEBT- EDNEB$ S9fMEAS', The City Council of the City of Clearwater, Florida under and by virtue of a written contract duly and regu- larly made and entered into-on the 26th day of January, 1916, by and between the said City' of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, of the one part, and Phillipoff and Mortonson, of the otter part, caused the following portion of Garden Avenue in said city of 7 Cleaww'ater, to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of said ?
