On motion by Mr. Tice, seconded by Mrs. Parks, minutes of August 16, 1977 were approved

Planning and Zoning Board recommended as follows.

Motion was mad~ by Mr. Groth, seconded by Mr. Tice, to recommend approval of above
request. Motion carried unanimously. Requested zoning is in conformance with the

be dev~loped. He stated that this development will be simllar to Northwood Estates,
with lots approximately 80 x 120 and/or 100 x 120 C2.7 dwelling units per acre), and
costing $15,000 ~ $18.000 each. Mr. L10veras reviewed the inteTna1 road plan and
stated th4t there will be another access from Nugget Drive to Mr. Ramsey's property.
Mr. Ramsey will retain the property to the west and south, and the retention pond
for the development will be located on his proporty. Mr. Groth inquired if it were
not the poliCY, upon annexation, to bring all property into the City at one time;,
(Mr. Ramsey stated that it is his desire to remain in the County.) Staff explained
that, in this esse, purchase of the property ,is contingent upon the anneKation.
Property will then be conveyed to Mr. William Blackburn. Upon further diocusaion,
motion was made by Mr. Holl, seconded by Mr. Groth, to recommend approval of above
request. Motion carried unanimously. The Resource Development Committee approved
the Community Impact Statement on August 15, 1977.
Report of the City Comm1.ssion action of August 18, 1977 follows.
1. Preliminary Plat of Grandvlew Estates and Landmark Woods, 2nd Addition
CU. S. Home) was approved with easements.
Report.of City Commission action of September I, 1977 follows.
1. Preliminary Plat, Tracts 8 & 9, Countryside CU. S. Home) was approved.
2. Requests for AnneKation:

Planning Director informed the Boardn~embers that a meeting will be held re rezoning
North Greenwood area, said meeting to be held September 20, 1977 at St. Matthews First
