7994-08 ORDINANCE NO. 7994-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 370 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD AND CROSS BOULEVARD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2855 GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD, FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR) TO MEDIUM HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MHDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
