The meeting was called to order at 9 05 a m. by Acting Chairman Wilson in DRC Conference Room

Minutes of DRC Meeting June 25, 1992 were approved (motion by James Goodloe, seconded by Bob
Maran)
ITEM #1 UL TIMAR PHASE III, (a reSidential condominium project), located at 1520 Gulf Blvd on
Sand Key (PSP 89-12)
Pertinent comments from the Department representatives are Incorporated into the motion listed below
MO;fION' Motion was made by Ted Clarke. and seconded by Bob Maran, to approve the amendment
to the certified site plan for Ultlmar Phase III subject to the following conditions'
1 . Signs and fencmg/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes
2. The requisite bUilding permits must be procured within one (1) year from the date of
certification of the final Site plan and all reqUisites certificates of occupancy must be obtained
within three (3) years of the date of certification of the site plan

Prior to certification of the final site plan, the tabulation table shall be adjusted to show the
area of the town houses and multi-story bUilding separately In order to compare with approved
modifacatlons.

4 Praor to certification the applicant shall provide additional information according to the court
stipulation for the faCIlities proposed above the roofllne beyond the 210ft height limit.
5 Fire lane shall be designed to access the townhouses. The final design shall be subject to the
approval of the Fire Marshal.
6. Prior to certification the location of siamese connection and fire hydrants shall be show on the
site plan or a note that locations shall be subject to final approval by the Fire Marshal

Prior to certification a detailed parking plan shall be submitted and is subject to the approval
of the City Traffic Engineer.
8.
All construction within 18' of the seawall must obtain a variance from flood boards per
Chapter 39 - Costal Construction Code (Forms available at Central Counter).

9. The applicant shall contact the Parks & Recreation Department for the required recreation/open
space assessment fee, which shall be paid in accordance with the court stipulation.
Motion carried unanimously.
ITEM #2 BA YSIDE TOWERS (aka The Islander/Clipper Cove), located on the north side of Dory
Passage between Island Way and larboard Way, south of Starboard Tower Clipper Cove
Condominium (PSP 87-32)
The applicant was not present at the meeting.
, MOTION: Motion was made by Bob Maran and seconded by Don Meerians, to continue until Planning,
meets with the Developer to resolve whether impact fees are to be paid pnor to
recertificatIOn. Motion carned unanimously
The meeting adjourned at 10'05 a m
