The Community Impact Statement and site plan have been prepared Based on a zoning designation identified as "RM 54", as noted under Item E 1 of the Community Impact Statement. We find this classification to be in error and the proposed development to be ,inconsistent with the applicable zoning standards. We are thus unable to process your application.
