A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE
MEMORIAL CAUSEWAY BRIDGE; AMENDING
RESOLUTION 00-40 TO CORRECT SCRIVENER'S
ERROR; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 12, 2000, the City of Clearwater adopted Resolution
00-40 finding it necessary and in the public interest to construct the new Memorial
Causeway Bridge; finding it necessary to acquire a parcel of real property identified as
parcel 102 for said construction; authorizing acquisition of same by the exercise of
eminent domain; and making all other necessary findings and authorizations necessary
for said purpose; and
WHEREAS, the description of parcel 102 contained a scrivener's error and it is
advisable to utilize this opportunity to accordingly amend the description of said parcel
102; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution 00-40 adopted on December 12, 2000, is hereby
modified as described in the legal description and map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 2, This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

pinellas County Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCE at the southeast corner of Oak Bluffs a Commercial Condominium,
recorded in Condominium Plat Book 102, Page 96, of the Public Records of
pinellas County, Florida, said point lying N 89021' 05" W, 220,06 feet from
survey center line station 37+61,42 of pierce Boulevard per State Project
Number 15220-2599; thence NOOo02'59"E, along the east line of Oak Bluffs
a Commercial Condominium, 388,25 feet to the northeast corner of said
condominium, and the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point lying N 89020' 32" W,
28,12 feet from survey center line station 42+19,72 of pierce Boulevard
per State project Number 15220-2599; thence SOoo02'59" W along the east
line of Condominium, 89.91 feet; thence departing aforesaid east line,
N33053'42"W, 74,50 feet; thence N39045'02"W, 37,50 feet to the north
line of aforesaid condominium; thence S 89020' 32" E along the north line of
