Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. ITEM 19 - Alcoholic Beverage Zoning Revocation - Copper Kettle - 2160 U.S. 19 North. Ordinance '2~~3, adopted September 3, 1981, provided a 2COPS (beer for consumption on premises - package sales) alcoholic beverage for the Copper Kettle located in the Hillcrest Shopping and wine designation Center. The business is not operating and no alcoholic beverage or occupational licenses have been issued. Section 72.09(b) of the Code of Ordinances states, It...any property initially zoned for the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages and in which after six (6) months of such zoning no alcoholic beverages have been sold or consumed thereon, shall revert to an unzoned dry status." Section 72.10 provides a public hearing shall be held prior to revoking the designation.
