TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF MRS. HELEN MORROW V. COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT OFFICE, CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AND NORTH AMERICAN BUILDING
CORPORATION, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO, 81-8886-16,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant
in an action for damages which is the subject matter of the case of Mrs.
Helen Morrow v, Community Development Office, City of Clearwater,
