I ~:lliW~~~~Tf.J.)I.._h~~i';' ~l" \" ~~ o o Q RESOLUTION No. 60 - 130 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA. ASSESSING PROPERTIES BENEFITING FROM THE PAVING. CURBS AND DRAINAGE PROJECT IN BAY LANE. K STREET TO BAYSHORE BOULEVARD. IN CLEARWATER. FLORIDA. WHEREAS. after public hearing on the 17th day of April. 1980. the City Commisaion of the City of Clearwater. Florida. determined that certain work and improvements hereinafter described should be done and made; and WHEREAS~ pure uant thereto said improvements have been made as follows: Construction of paving. curbs and drainage in Bay Lane from UKft Street to Bayshore Boulevard. The properties facing and abutting these improvements are deemed to derive special benefits therefrom; and WHEREAS. under the provisions of Section 19-47 and other pertinent provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater. Florida. 196Z. after sald improvements shall have been completed, the City Commission shall assess the cost thereof against the properties facing and abutting and receiving benefits from said improvements so made; and WHEREAS~ certain parcels of real estate facing and abutting and in the vicinity of said improvements have been benefited thereby and Ole pro rata cost thereof shall be assessed against such property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA. IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED. AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the above described improvements in the area of Bay Lane, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida. be and the same are hereby accepted and approved as having been completed. z. That the {allowing described properties facing and abutting and in the vicinity of the aforesaid improvements are hereby deemed to have been benefited by said improvements in the following proportions' of the cost thereat, and the same are hereby assessed in accordance with. the following Bchedule: -1-
