WHEREAS, Pincllas County has completed the northerly extension of Belcher Road from Sunset Point Road to Willow Tree Trail in the Countryside area; and WHEREAS, since the road will be one continuous road, the name should be changed to Belcher Road; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the portion of Oak Neck Road between Greenbriar Boulevard and Countryside Boulevard and that portion of Countryside Boulevard from Oak Neck Road South to the City limit line, South of Willow Tree Trail. be and the same is hereby renamed "Belcher Road. II 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith or inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of their conflict. 3.
